Programs / Eligibility:
Master of Arts / Science in Population Studies (MA / M.Sc.)
Bachelors degree from a recognized university with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade. Preference shall be given to candidates holding a bachelors degree in Math / Stat / Eco or any social science subject
Master of Science in Bio-Statistics and Epidemiology
Bachelors degree from a recognized university with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade in Math /Stat/ Health Sciences, Life Sciences, B. Pharma, Medicine, etc
Master of Population Studies
Masters degree from a recognized university with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade in Math / Stat / Eco or any Social Science subject
Master of Public Health
Masters degree from a recognized university with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade in Economics, Health Economics, Population Studies / Demography, Life Sciences and equivalent, Health Sciences- Public Health / Community Health, Sociology, Psychology, Bio-Statistics, Bio-technology, Epidemiology, Social Work, Public Administration, Public Management, Pharmacy, Nursing, Mass Communication and five year Medical Degree
Master of Philosophy in Population Studies
Master in Population Studies / MA / M.Sc. in Demography from a recognized university with at least 55 % of marks or equivalent
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 30 years as on 30/06/2013
Selection Process: On the basis of a common entrance test, personal interview, and academic merits
